I'm the Creative Director at Sponge – a brilliant creative agency in Norwich. I lead a fantastic team of talented creatives. It's my responsibility to oversee every project, defining and setting creative direction, but I'm also a hands-on creative with a strategic and commercial awareness in my approach. My main goal, aside delivering excellence for our clients, is to inspire and motivate the creative team to always deliver to the best of their ability.

 

With over a 14 years in the industry, I've gained valuable experience at multiple agencies and as a freelancer. I've worked across many sectors, including; property, construction, FMCG, charity, public sector, B2B, entertainment, leisure & hospitality, agriculture and education.

My passion is branding, but I'm a proud all-rounder. I love opportunities to transfer my skills to new challenges, industries or deliverables that I've not done before. My expertise covers; branding, digital & print design, art direction (film and photography), illustration, UI & UX web design , exhibitions, signage, placemaking & space planning, and copywriting.
